Generally, when using chamomile to make tea, use between 1 and 4 tablespoons of fresh or dried flowers for each cup of water. The recommended water temperature is about 80 Celcium or near boiling. Steep the herb for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste. It's also best to follow the manufacturer's recommendations for any prepared chamomile tea.
