Brewing method:

Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of dry herbs in a pot and pour about 400 ml hot water (about 80C or almost boil) over them. If you like more strong flavour add less water.

Cover with a saucer and let steep for around 15 to 20 minutes.

To enhance the taste, you can add cinnamon powder and/or honey.

Dosage is about 2 to 3 cups per day.

Make small batches at a time and store any leftover tea in your refrigerator. Herbal water infusions have a fairly short shelf life, so discard the remainder after a day or two.
